Welcome to the Centre for Applied Internet Research (CAIR) pages at Glyndwr University in Wrexham, North Wales. CAIR is one of eight fully-accredited and recognised research centres within Glyndwr. In the recent Research Assessment Exercise (RAE 2008), 90% of CAIR's research was judged to be 'internationally significant', 40% 'internationally excellent' and some even 'world-leading' - the highest grade possible. We are involved in research projects across the whole spectrum of Internet technologies and applications and host the biennial ITA conference series
