Registration details
 

Details of conference rates and accommodation fees for university rooms are given here.  These may be booked through a single registration form.    Directions to conference are now available.


Conference fees

Conference rates are as follows.  Discounts on full fees are available for authors of papers, students, early registrants and BCS members.
 

Authors of papers:    £295
Student authors of papers:    £195
Per additional paper by same presenter    £100
   
Other delegates (early registration before 13th May 2005)    £325
Student delegates (early registration before 13th May 2005)    £225
   
Late registration (after 13th May 2005)    £355

Conference fees include all conference sessions, all timetabled refreshments, lunch on September 7th and 8th, conference receptions, social events/tours and banquet  and copies of the conference proceedings in book and CD form.  Student fees include all conference sessions, all timetabled refreshments, lunch on September 7th and 8th, conference receptions, social events/tours and banquet and copies of the conference proceedings in CD form only.

British Computer Society (BCS) and Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) members can claim a further reduction of £25 on the appropriate fee by quoting their BCS/IEE membership number (single discount only).

Conference proceedings (book):  £40 per extra copy.  (One copy is included in all non-student registrations.)

Conference proceedings (CD):  £15 per extra copy.  (One copy is included in all registrations.)

Conference tour£30 per additional ticket.  (One ticket is included in all registrations.)

Conference banquet£50 per additional ticket.  (One ticket is included in all registrations.)

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the appropriate conference fee for the paper to be printed in the conference proceedings.  A reduced fee is payable for each additional paper.

A student is defined as anyone currently registered for a research degree with an accredited higher education establishment.  A letter of confirmation will be required from the student's research supervisor.


Papers accepted as posters

Papers accepted as posters (not to appear in the conference proceedings) will still qualify the presenting author for the reduced author/student author rate.
 

Accommodation rates

We can offer conference delegates the use of university accommodation at competitive rates.  This includes breakfast for the morning following each night's stay.

Single room with en-suite (bathroom) facilities    £35.25
Single room without en-suite facilities (shared bathroom)    £29.50

Delegates choosing to arrange their own accommodation may wish to look at local hotels and guest houses in the Wrexham area.
 

Registration and booking

Places for conference delegates and university accommodation (if required) may be booked through a single registration form.
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are outlined below and are dependent upon cancellation date (this will be the date of receipt of your cancellation).

  We regret we cannot provide refunds for author registrations since publication of paper is dependent upon registration and the preparation of the conference volume starts immediately upon selection of papers/payment of author fees No Refund

Substitution of Delegates

Substitution of delegates is allowed, but please notify the conference secretary.
